Laura
'There was a table set out under the tree in front of the house, and the March Hare and the Hatter were having tea at it.' – Lewis Carroll

Laura Liberty fabric is a design created by Deborah Landis; costume designer, historian and author, who recently curated the landmark 'Hollywood costume' exhibition at The V&A museum. The print is inspired by family heirlooms, inherited by Deborah from her mother Laura, whose tables were always laid with beautiful linen cross stitched cloths when friends and family arrived for a cream tea. A delicate floral print dedicated to Alice and her tea parties.

Maddock
“"Tis love that makes the world go round. ” – Lewis Carroll
Soft watercolour and pencil fuse in this Liberty fabric inspired by Tenniel’s illustrations of The Duchess in Alice in Wonderland. The geometric shapes have been created from wood carvings and metal floor work at Christ Church College in Oxford where Lewis Carroll studied and reflect the mystery and contradictions that surround the woman.

Mrs Monroe
Mrs Monroe Liberty fabric was designed by Alex Monroe, an established designer who has 25 years experience making traditional handmade jewellery from original sketches, inspired by nature and British eccentricity. With a long-term interest and love of Liberty fabrics Alex jumped at the opportunity to work with Liberty and create a unique 'Alice in Wonderland' themed print.

Mae

Tea Party is a design selected by The Managing Director of Liberty Art Fabrics, Kirstie Carey. The Liberty fabric print is reminiscent of a party dress Kirstie owned as a little girl and thought Alice might like it.
